Healthy Homes was a crucial part of the trio of bills in the Clean Energy Opportunity campaign. This bill establishes a Healthy Homes program at the Oregon Health Authority to improve the quality and efficiency of our housing stock statewide. In order to help every Oregonian live in a healthier home with lower energy costs, it provides $10 million in the first biennium to match the annual spending by community action agencies.

It also serves as a summary of environmental bills and includes special recognition of the legislative champions.
